What wood should I burn?
Use dry, seasoned firewood appropriate for the appliance. Do not burn household trash, treated wood, or glossy paper. Follow the manufacturer’s fuel and operating instructions.
Can I connect a new stove to an existing chimney?
Only after the chimney and connection are evaluated for compatibility and condition. The existing flue size, liner, height, and clearances may not meet the new appliance’s requirements.
