Appointment requests

Submitting a request does not reserve a time, confirm availability, establish a price, or authorize work. Service scope, pricing, and scheduling must be confirmed separately. Product examples and service information are subject to suitability for the property and actual availability.

Homeowner information

The guides provide general information. They do not establish that a specific chimney or appliance is safe, diagnose a problem, or replace manufacturer instructions or a qualified on-site assessment. Applicable requirements vary with the property and proposed work.

Emergencies

The website and request form are not emergency services. For a fire, gas odor, or carbon monoxide alarm, leave the building and contact emergency services or your utility from a safe location.

Photography and local information

Licensed architectural photographs are credited on the photography page. They do not depict completed company work unless expressly identified as such. Local housing summaries are historical records with limitations explained in the methodology.
